Visitkind is a Studio FLACH service for independent physiotherapy clinics. This page describes the offer; a written service agreement confirms each engagement.
The service providers
Studio FLACH is a trade name jointly used by Lucas Antonio Flach, Portuguese NIF 322970350, and Stephanie Alves Flach, NIF 322971020, both self-employed professionals. It is not a separate incorporated company. Professional address: Rua dos Caleiros, n.º 89, 1.º Andar, 4900-512 Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
Contact: hello@studioflach.com · +351 939 097 715. Contracts identify the providers and the allocated provider invoices in their legal name and tax number. Visitkind is not a Canadian healthcare practice and provides no medical advice.
Price and term
Visitkind Local Patient Growth costs CAD1,250 per month plus applicable taxes, with no setup fee. The initial term is three months, followed by monthly renewal. Cancellation before renewal and its notice procedure are recorded in the written agreement. No contract or payment is created by this website’s enquiry form.
Google advertising is separate and paid by the clinic directly. The proposed starting ceiling is CAD1,500 per month, subject to local research and clinic approval. At that budget the planning total is CAD2,750 per month plus applicable taxes. This is a planning budget, not a forecast of results.
Scope and ownership
The plan covers one location, one assessment pathway, one Google Search campaign with up to three closely related ad groups, and one mobile-first booking page on the clinic’s domain or approved subdomain. Initial delivery includes one consolidated page revision, a Google Business Profile review, a reception handoff guide and measurement setup.
Ongoing delivery includes weekly campaign checks, up to two hours of agreed page or booking-journey improvements each month, a monthly Business Profile accuracy and booking-route check, an aggregate report and a 30-minute review call. Unused improvement time does not create an unlimited-work commitment; the service agreement confirms scheduling.
The clinic retains its domain, pages, advertising account, Business Profile and booking system. Website rebuilds, social media, video production, new CRMs, patient reactivation and daily reception work are excluded and require separate agreement.
The 15-business-day delivery commitment
Your booking page and Search campaign will be ready for clinic approval within 15 business days of acknowledged complete intake—or you receive one CAD250 service credit.
Complete intake means we have acknowledged receipt of the agreed access, business facts, service scope, assets and required clinical inputs. Clinic-input delays pause the clock and are recorded. A business day means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays at the provider’s location in Portugal.
“Ready” means the page has been tested, the booking route works and the campaign draft has passed internal review. Clinic approval and Google’s ad review determine the subsequent live date. The commitment concerns approval-ready work, not advertising activation.
A maximum of one CAD250 credit applies per onboarding and is automatically applied to the next invoice if the deadline is missed. The agreement records the start date and any paused days.
Results and clinical responsibility
No patient count, search ranking, treatment outcome or return on advertising spend is guaranteed. We assess capacity and acquisition economics before recommending spend. The clinic approves clinical facts and claims, handles enquiries, decides appropriate care and supplies aggregate booking and attendance counts. Patient identities remain in its approved systems.
Campaign-attributed attendance is reported separately from total clinic growth. Attribution or a before-and-after comparison does not establish incremental causation. Sample visuals on this website are illustrative deliverables, not client results or available appointments.
Using this website
The content is provided to explain the service, not as clinical, tax or legal advice. We aim to keep it accurate and correct errors when identified. Third-party websites and platforms have their own terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
