Visitkind is a business service for physiotherapy clinics. This website does not book patient appointments or collect medical information.

Who is responsible

Visitkind is a Studio FLACH service provided by Lucas Antonio Flach and Stephanie Alves Flach, self-employed professionals in Portugal. Business enquiries

We collect your name, work email, clinic website, selected appointment-capacity band and optional team-size band to assess fit and respond to your request. A submission timestamp, random reference and hidden anti-abuse field help validate requests and prevent duplicate messages. Please do not submit patient information. Short-lived security counters may use pseudonymous IP identifiers to limit repeated submissions; those counters expire after ten minutes or when the processing instance ends.

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and use proportionate security measures for our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Submitting the form does not create a contract, charge or marketing subscription.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site and enquiry function. Plunk sends the enquiry notification and requested acknowledgement. Studio FLACH receives correspondence through its Namecheap Private Email business inbox. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses and request details. We do not intentionally log form contents in the enquiry function.

Providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. We use applicable contractual and transfer safeguards where required. We do not sell your personal information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you explicitly accept analytics. Rejection causes no analytics request to Google. A versioned preference is stored in this browser for up to 183 days. You can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer and withdraw consent. Analytics cookies are scoped to this Visitkind hostname; withdrawal removes the analytics cookies this site can access.

After consent, Google receives ordinary technical and online-identifier information, page views and an accepted-enquiry event. We strip URL query strings and fragments, reduce the referrer to its origin and send no form entries or submission references in analytics events. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation. Local and preview pages do not load production analytics. Your browser settings can also prevent tracking. The property currently retains event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months, with the user period resetting on new activity; most standard aggregate reporting is not governed by those limits.

This site has no advertising pixel, patient-list upload, health-based remarketing, newsletter signup or patient portal. This notice does not authorise tracking on a future client’s patient booking system.

How long we keep information

Prospective-client enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless needed longer for a legal obligation or dispute. Contract, legal and accounting records may be retained for up to ten years where required. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the stated purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@studioflach.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Portugal’s CNPD.
